Web Design For Kids
Recently I came across an article by Andrew from Paragon, detailing his experience with teaching elementary school students about web design. The interesting thing he discovers is that these 8-year-old kids were savvier in the ways of the internet than he had first anticipated. Yes, of course being brought up in this web-reliant society would obviously equip these kids with a great understanding in terms of the web, but they also seem to have an innate understanding of user experience as well. It appears that these 4th graders have a broader internet-literacy that most of us ‘web designers’ took years and months to learn. The future looks bright, if you’re a web development company!
